    what trucking companies do complete background checks before orientation?

    If they don't, they should I would suggest, it would probably save money and headaches down the road.

    I agree with Gears

    But will add if you found a company which does not do these checks now ... They are a shady outfit to start and CSA2010 will not be very kind to them or your new found job

    Stay with a rep company you will be better off in the long run

    That's like saying what companies have orientation and ALL the new-hires actually show up? Background checks cost $$$,,,,,,,
