I can not find the amount of a fine for being 3300 pounds overweight in Arizona does anyone have any idea..what the deal is??? Any help would be appreciated..thank you!!
Usually its like 2cents per lb. I had an over axle ticket that was 58.00. Maybe go to Az DOT website and the info will be there.
When he got the ticket he was told it was going to be about 1500.00 which seemed excessive compared to fines in other places..thanks for your help!!
Did he scale before he left the shipper? Some have scales, I was over weight once, and the nearest scale was 10miles away. When I could not get legal I drove back to shipper, and they had to adjust the load..
