Only if you are paying for all the permits and Insurance. If O/O is paying for everything then everything will be under his name.
Iam talkig about both portions of course if plates and insuramce is mine the lic portion will be mine but what about ownership portion
Plate portion will have your name or your companies name on it other half will be under O/Os name since he owns the truck.
Plate would have your company name and the other part would have who ever owns the truck could be Leasing company.
