    25 spots at 12/24hrs 300$
    9$/hr for 24hrs 216$

    see the problem there?
Now if you had 100-200spots and a reason for them to stop you could make money.
What do I mean? Find a high traffic area in the NE with its lack of parking and open up shop.

If you designate 'quite zones' no idling, no APUs, no reefers, I'll buy an annual pass.

They have them fancy porta potties in trailers with actual bathrooms/showers.

personally I stay out of truck stops as much as I possibly can

Running water is very expensive to maintain. But at 100 plus truck yard. It may pan out to build a unit with some amenities. T.v. showers. Dog walk area.
My second biggest thing is, even thou I love that 80's 90s grunge look. I like to take care of my stuff. So I would have to have some one in there 24/7 to keep it clean.

I think they are self contained with tanks and all, so just truck in/out

I have a tv in the truck, shower is the only thing I’d like to see

and just the towns hating trucks in general
