What can I say about this place other than just wow.
The office staff are friendly enough but if you don’t have a Twic card they charge you 80$ per occupant. For absolutely nothing. They say it’s an escort fee but there no dock workers around or office staff or security to follow me. 160$ for them doing absolutely nothing.
They tell you to go to the dock with your paperwork. You get there and the guys are absolutely clueless on who goes when or what truck is what.
Finally unloads my paper rolls #####ing about how backed up they are, as their “leader” stands with 3 of them cellphone in hand laughing about something on YouTube.
