    Does May give any kind of performance reviews? I am about to hit my 90 days, and I have gotten no feedback about what the company thinks about my
    performance. I had one piss test, and Safety called me to ask me about why I drive early hours, but I get nothing otherwise. My DM is very uncommunicative
    so I get nothing from him. I like to know if I am doing a good job, and if not what I am doing wrong, so do we ever get sat down and told these things?

    I think I am doing okay, no late deliveries, 2500-3000k a week miles, no accidents, but I would like to hear it, or what I need to improve.

    What paloma said, if they haven't contacted you then you're doing everything right.

    if you,re make your deliveries..why would they care if you drive the early hours? most companies will only communicate with you if you were doing something wrong or good. rarely did coca cola say i was doing a good job but if i messed up somehow they sure got loud lol

    Because early hrs are the highest statistics to get in an accident especially for a new driver

    Early hours? What about all the late night deliveries and pick-ups May used to put on me then? Midnight to 4 AM weren't all that uncommon. What really sucked is if I couldn't park at the shipper or consignee over night and had to start my 14 hr clock on that stupid EOBR in order to get there.

    I could have written that post. This "lack of any sort of feedback" is a problem at May. Sure, it's a thankless job (that's what I was told when I asked) but gee whiz guys: it wouldn't cost the company anything to just provide some or any feedback.

    Lots of us coming in come from other careers where this sort of thing is normal. It makes you wonder if anyone at Brooks has ever worked anywhere else or has ever been anywhere farther than Keizer.

    "Communication": a new concept.
