Get a PO BOX, anything that ships other than USPS use the address of where the post office is, and then your box number as secondary line EXAMPLE Your name 55371 Holiday st BOX 567 Happy, CA 90210 Thats what we had to do for items since our address wasn't in any delivery system.

Before you go there in person, make sure all information is current and no rules have changed. Escapees RV Club can take care of all that for you. Right now with COVID-19, appointments are still needed at the DMV, so maybe Escapees has a workaround for that.
