please help

    I'm very new to the industry with 4 months OTR experience I chose a decent training company in CR England to get my CDL I live in Arizona and need a better road to home retio as I've been on the road for almost 2 months with no hometime does anyone out there have any suggestions of companies that have a good homtime repor and that might have tuition reimbursment thanks guys

    Actually CRE is one of the worst.
    Also don't like recommending switching companies so soon.

    Well I don't have anything to compare it to but I thought they were very knowledgeable and informative I was able to get my CDL and learn to safely opperate a CMV but now the BS starts hence why I'm not very happy I do understand switching so soon no great choice but dosent hurt to put feelers out

    Those companies are marginally better than cre, lol.

    Look around other posts on here and see suggested companies, then check if they hire near you. You don't have much experience, but if ur all thru ur training phase, you may find a smaller local company to tale you. Put out apps for the better mega carriers, but don't he afraid to toss an app at guys asking for abyear experience (dont get ur hopes up on them either tho).

    Just remember, even if u find another job, DON'T ABANDON YOUR TRUCK!

    YOU CAN JUMP.....JOBS....OTHER MEGA carriers OR ANYONE ELSE UNDERSTANDS ..THAT YOU CANE TO TRUCKING FOR A career and a job ..NOT A HOME..NOT TO STAY AWAY FROM HOME FOR MNTS....FORGET THAT.....

    Are you still in training or have you been solo for 4 months? No home time with CRE is very common.

    I'm out of training I'm labeled as a phase 2 trainer working on my 3rd student right now I run about 1800-2600 one way on a national produce route out of southern cali
