    Hello, what companies are paying the most currently for Power Only with a good fuel surcharge that can keep a truck moving?

    I would appreciate any input and experiences please.

    We have been running with Werner and they keep us moving but they recently cut our fuel surcharge and it’s killing us!

    fuels dropped slightly and everyone thinks that is the only expense on running a truck so they drop the rate with it would be my guess…. Rather then just working for a fair rate all together

    We run power only sometimes and I never see fuel surcharge. We bid what we will do the load for and they accept it or they don’t.

    Pretty much. If you don’t call the shots in your business… you are at the mercy of your employer. And if it’s corporate run to please investors it could be risky. Choose wisely.
