    I got a pre-pass in the company truck how does this work?It came with no instructions or anything.It has no lights on it but noticed it beeps when approaching a scale.Need some help translating the different series of beeps thanks in advance

    it doesn't have any lights?? well the red light go in scale immediately noise is pretty obnoxious the green light sound is a high pitch beep.....beep ...beep ...beep
    the red light goes off with no pause in between the beeps

    nope no lights in it at all,it beeps 5 times every time i come up on a scale

    Look at the unit and see if it has a model name and manufacturer. Then you can try to find an online manual.

    are the beeps slow or are they rapid ? if there have a slow pace then you got the green.....

    Maybe it beeps when it is good to bypass and does not beep when there is no bypass.

    I thought all PrePass had at least a red and green light that lights up along with the signature beeps?

    I just got a new Pree Pass and the little LED lights are on the side, not the back. If you cant see them, maybe its upside down, and the lights are on the side you do not see from the drivers side., just a thought, check it out.
