Does anybody know of any companies that only hire drivers with NO preventable accidents?

Do you mean ever, or just on a 3-year MVR?

Assuming you mean you don't have one your experience means more money.

If you can get on with Lance as a driver they start at 84k with great benefits and pay keeps going up. They require 2 years exp and the pay I listed is the very low end.

Lance from Volga? Or blue ridge? Not interested in applying, just wondering if it's the tank guys or the excavating guys who start at 84

Shnyders Lance if that is spelled correctly. The pretzel people. Have a cousin that used to drive for them.

Snyder's? Pretzel? Hum..... They are in Hanover.

I recall another Pretzel maker not too far from them. Name escapes me at moment. Anyhow, they load the trailer over the weekend one pretzel at a time. Seriously. Pretzel comes out of machine, drops into a bag. Bag eventually fills. Bag to the box, box eventually fills. Then the tape on the box. Then labeling and stacked on a pallet. Eventually pallet go into the trailer.

To this day I don't smell pretzel without thinking of these people.

I also remember Utz in Hanover with affection and craving. They really should ship to Arkansas and stop being so cheap tight wads about it.

I'm pretty sure Dayton Freight qualifies. They want squeaky clean records.
