I had a wreck back in 2015 (yes I know the violations are suppose to be auto removed after 3 years which would be june 29th of this yr) They said my license was suspended during the wreck do to my med card.( I should add this is when they was rolling out there new system nation wide and Indiana dropped the ball cause I had my long form and med card with me and showed it to the DOT and he agreed with me that he didnt know why I was "suspeneded" also doesnt reflect on my MVR anywhere) I called the DOT that said I was wrote a ticket. They have no record of said violation they say that the sheriffs dept was the one to write the ticket. I called the sheriffs dept guess what yep you guessed it no ticket so I called the County Courthouse they have no record of any violation for me. So I took all this information and sent it in talked to the people at Dataq and the DOT. They all found it in my favor. It even says on my dataq page that it will be removed. Now heres the problem and I dont know what to do (at this point I want to sue the hell out of PSP and Dataq but I know it wont do any good) It was sent to me that they would fix it on the 20th of Feb. so on the 23rd they took there snap shot. It was to be updated the week of March 1st. Well I spent the 10 bucks to get a copy of it and it isnt removed. Theres a company I want to work for which they wont take me do to the violation. Other then that I am good but if they dont remove it then I cant get this job which is BS. What the hell can I do to make them remove it. I did there dam Merry go around bs they wanted me to and was found in my favor now they refuse to remove it even though I have proof it was suppose to be.

Sorry this is happening, bit paragraphs are your best friend. No offense intended, but one big block of text is hard on the old eye balls. :)

This is my opinion, so you may have to speak with an attorney versed in traffic violations.

MY suggestion: Get all your documents together and write an affidavit explaining the communication between you and the agency that responded to your complaint. Thus, you now have a signed legal document which is to be notarized and then mailed certified return receipt, including a request for a formal response in writing sent to you and if possible, the Company you wish to hire on to. Having that done, the company should have the proof necessary regarding the violations having been discharged from citations issued by the responding jurisdiction.

    Good luck,

    Dusty

The system only changes once a month. March updates for Feb won't show until later next week. You don't have to order anything to see if it's removed, just look it up on the company CSA. It will be updated/removed from there.

Update to my PSP stuff......Long story short they removed the wrong thing on my PSP.....I had to contact a attorney who basically told them I would own IL if they didnt take them off as there was nothing on my MVR where my license was "suspended cdl or otherwise" and low and behold the next day I get a email stating they will take everything but the actual wreck off...which is fine cause the wreck happened however none of the other stuff did LOL....anyway this was the 8th of March when I got the email and it had already been updated for FEB at that time...But Landstar in there wisdom actually agreed to take all the evidence and there email as proof that it will come off my PSP and have been processing my application since
