Weird how mostly the unhappy or unsatisfied people are the 90 percent you listen too. There are many of us here that are completely satisfied with working here that don’t have time to sit here and argue with those of you who just want to be negative. Have fun with all that ########. In the meantime; I’m doing great here and I am knowledgeable of the training program here. So; listen to the bullcrap If you want. It’s up to you.
Didn't say they did. Where'd you get that from? I stated since you read incorrectly...most trainers there or they sure were running truck as team w/trainee. Anything else? .
I don't sit and listen to them so get your panties out of a wad. If you are happy fine, good for ya. All I said was just because someone else's experience is different doesn't mean they are lying. Never said you were lying because it was different.
I was just going through some papers and found my EFS card from when I was at PTL last year. I can't believe I forgot to mention this detail, but better late than never, I guess. It may be different now, but PTL forced its drivers to receive their pay on an EFS card when I was there. The was NO direct deposit. You could log into EFS, link your bank account to it, then set it to transfer your pay to your bank after PTL deposited it, but this added at least 1 business day to the process. PTL tried to pretend that this was the same as direct deposit, but it obviously isn't. Some people might not have an issue with this, and maybe it's not even the case anymore, but I was pretty angry about it at the time.
Fortunately, I was not. I think they allowed at least one ACH transfer after each deposit without a fee, or something like that. Regardless, I think it was pretty shady of PTL to hand my paycheck over to someone else every week and then expect me to go get it from them if that's not who I wanted to handle it. Not to mention the fact that if my pay didn't go on EFS by Thursday, I'd never get it in my bank account before Monday.
