Harris Teeter is a bit upscale and use to have the best meat around. Not so much now.

I'm pretty sure it is National Beef they have the meat and pork end of grocery locked in. It's not bad just the same.

When I use to pull a refer I would go into Publix warehouses, they were by far the best ones and treated non-company drivers pretty fairly unlike several others. To this day I will not step foot in a Albertsons or a Safeway!

Publix driver pay is pretty standard local running pay. They make up for it in the yearly stock. So if you work a normal 30 year carrier you will have a very good retirement, unlike most other company's.
The guys in VA really need to keep their eyes open though, with the expansion they will be adding allot of driver spots, and not many will move to fill them. Perfect way to get into a truck fast and have a real career track position.
