Why not start as a company driver then decide about L/P later?

Have a real good buddy that's an O/O for them...doing well. He's mentioned that the NEW L/P guys are getting hit with the FULL COST of the Lytx system..which is pricey. IMHO, nope.

You got to be a company driver for 60 days before you can hop on the L/P...I would get your buddy to show you his numbers before you believe he's out here killing it.

I'm I tried the fancy little red gliders but since I wanted to have a life I switch to a affiliate terminal and got a different truck while making the same kind of money. The best thing is if you lease purchase a cascadia you have access to the load board and I dont

I work there (leaving soon) but own my truck. A couple buddies LP. One doesn't care about money and the other never goes home. Neither complain.

I work here and know the grosses. You'd have to never go home to make any money. Worst of all, the company owns you for the duration of the lease. If I were you, I'd go company rather than LP. If you want money, buy an old truck cash.

I was there eons ago........with my own truck. They were just alright then . The terminals do not work together ever. Do it all depends on where your based out of.

I quickly figured out I could make the same money around home with the truck.......

They WANTED to.. he's at a stalemate w/them right now. THEY pay that 1/2 ...and disable it, or ... he moves on. Gonna lose a dang good driver in PJ, I'll tell ya that.
