First calculate miles point to point . FL and CA are good sized states . No estimates can be given without knowing cities of origin and destination . Weight is also a factor . Fully loaded with styrofoam or steel ? Then the type of tractor . Has the average mpg ever been established ? Fuel prices change daily so no close estimate can be given using today's prices .
