    I drove for Covenant and CRE, as a team with my wife, but there was no training involved, and we didn't talk to the folks who hand out the cutesy little catch-phrases. I started using "trip planning" and dogging folks for "poor trip planning" when I was with Matlack Tank Lines about 10 years earlier.
