So if you pretrip and it is not legal to drive do you get paid anything for the days it sits in the shop, and you sit in a hotel? Who pays the hotel?

I retracted that saying. I realized that he may be picking up a truck that has had a driver trash it. Not nice at all!

    14 CENTS PER MILE?

Have I got an opportunity for all the CRE drivers. Come over to the pumpkin and make at least .33 per mile. Swift starts at .37 per mile. Good god, 14cpm is highway robbery. Literally

I feel my higher calling to invest in white Volvos, start a few different brokerage firms, and hire former CRE drivers. They've finally found Utopia!!

I did a bit of recovery for FFE. So many drivers quit after they fill the qualcomm with drama and bad words. And the trucks have alot to be needed when they get back to the yard. I usually shake the tractors loose in the back of the lot where I find em to see if something has been sabotaged in addition to the pre-trip. You never know.
