reefer....

    hauling produce back from west coast would wake up in afternoon there would be 1 or 2 bull haulers parked next to me many a time. think the cows liked the humm!

    All you guys complaining about reefers.
    Just be patient.
    Soon, as you get older, your hearing will be shot (like mine) and it won't matter anymore.
    I can sleep next to a screaming buzzsaw and not hear it.

    Back when I pulled a reefer when I would get home I would park the lawn mower next to the bedroom window so I could get some sleep.

    You like to eat? Then suck it up and enjoy the reefer music.

    As far as the APUs, I'll admit I do like having 110 volt AC power, and the fuel savings over idling, but we have only ourselves to blame for not standing together when cities and states started the 'no idling' laws.
