How big is CR England on references from previous employers if you go through their driving school program? Does anyone know if they actually contact the references you provide?
Steer clear of CR England. About 99% of what they tell you is BS. You like many before have been warned.

I put my own family as references and 2 friends. They accepted my application and I have an orientation date. Its true what people say about CR England, about staying away from them, but like you say, you need a job, so do I. Thats why I more than likely will go with them. So, to answer your question. They would take you without hands or eyes if they could. Just put down some names. They aren't going to do too much checking. That costs money and they hold on to it too tightly. If you go do not sign their lease. That is their bread and butter and your ticket to the poor house. Good luck.
Many companies don't check your references closely until your in orientation Its saves leg work for the people who don't show up Then they send you home I do wish you good luck

Friend of mine that was on my references on CRE app was contacted last week about my work history with him as a driver. So I believe they do call references and past employers.
I guess they pick and choose who to call for references. Though, if your buddy is a driver, then they would probably call. Anyhow, hope it works out for Wickked, I already said that I'm good to go with Swift though. My terminal is right here in NY. Good luck to you.
