Refusal Question?

    I had a physical scheduled with a company I hadn't filled any tax papers or anything out for or been to for orientation. I was scheduled for a physical and called shortly before and cancelled because I recieved a call from a company local I was trying to get hired with for weeks. I got my license about a week ago. I can't imagine that that would qualify but I've heard horror stories about refusals on the dac....

    Any replies are appreciated

    It was a pre employment physical that you canceled due to other employment opportunities. It was not a refusal

    Physicals are recorded with the State, by the driver.
    Also, Physicals are the sole responsibility of the driver to not allow the physical to Lapse. DAC reporting is a no.

    Its not his med card, it was a standard pre employment physical, hes worried it would look the same as bailing out on a drug test...

    Dunno, never had a need. Type checking my dac in the search box, i know there has been dozens of threads on it

    You could always go visit that other forum that claims to be positive. As guys with 2 years experience call themselves old school and they highly recommend every mega carrier, bottom feeder company in the world. They claim it's because they're "top tier drivers" and only they understand that trucking is "performance based" and that's why they "do great" at the bottom feeders. The Mega's are amazing and everyone that doesn't agree is a whiner.

    They're always willing to toot their own horns (and bash this forum). It's quite entertaining.
