I have a load of pallets that was rejected. Convoy is the broker. They told me that they are waiting on the shipper to give them a reference # or a return confirmation. How long do i suppose to sit and wait for them to get that. I'm loosing money

This must be a paperwork snafu. I can’t believe a load of pallets went bad.

Unfortunately, they have you by B####. You have to wait for them to make disposition. Stay on top of them. Document your time and phone calls. DO NOT move your truck until you have an agreed upon rate con. Bang them for detention, your time and mileage, any layover. Otherwise you run he risk of getting screwed.

I would not be happy to be stuck with a load of pallets over the New Years Eve. As the old adage goes "Your whole New Year will be like the last day of the Old Year".
I don't exactly believe it but what if there is some truth in it...

What could possibly cause a load of pallets to get rejected?

About the only things I can think of is size or wood vs. plastic. I don't even think there is such a thing as food safe pallets, so that's not it.
