In September-08 I purchased and had a Rigmaster installed on my tractor. To say that I was/am less than satisfied is putting it mildly. To make matters worse, Rigmaster has/is going out of business. I don't believe that I am in this boat alone, so I would like to share information with other O/O that may be concerned about having their Rigmaster units repaired in the future. First I want to make it perfectly clear that I have nothing to do with this dealer, or the technician. I just stumbled across both by accident, and they are not the people I purchased the unit from. The name of the dealer is Jacksonville Kenworth (Fla), and the name of the technician is Jeff D. If anyone else knows of dealers or technicians that offer competent service on Rigmasters, please post their contact information. One thing is for sure, Rigmaster owners are going to need all the help they can get.
