Routing App?

I was looking at weather, and earlier today traffic using VZ navigator, and I was thinking. Is there an app out there that you plug in your route and it'll show traffic info along the way? Also be cool if it'll give weather updates through places you'll be going through, perhaps with prox warnings that you'll be getting into bad weather when so far out. Or even a prox warning for bad traffic as well.

i use weatherbug for doppler radar to where i'm going.

google maps has traffic. green for good. yellow for slow and red for stopped.

both apps are free
