The container division at England said that all IC's would be welcomed to stay even though they are moving in all company drivers. Just got off the phone with one IC and he said his miles have been cut back drastically the last couple of weeks. So of course he is looking to move on to another company. This is exactly what CRE wants. England does not want long term employees. They want green horns that they can push around and pay crap until their commitment is up paying off their student loan.
