Another reason why i don't haul for Walmart/ Sam's club...show up 2hrs early for a del appt...park off to the side and 15min before my appt, mgr comes out and look at paperwork...tells me that he's busy unloading a dc trl in the dock and waiting on a grocery load to arrive and that he'll get to me when he can...then calls me 45min later and leaves a vm stating that the receiver went home and is stuck in traffic coming back and could be couple more hours...mind you, it's already 90min past my appt time...this is why I don't haul their crap...i will haul to Costco stores before i do any Walmart/ Sam's stores any more....

I've never had issues with Costco. Everyone knows the score about Wally.

La marque tx...this is typical of Sam's club stores...excuses and delays as usual...Sam's club could learn from Costco on how to honor appts and unload in a timely fashion.

Problem is..walmart/Sam's pays peanuts compared to Costco...Costco employees make nearly double..you can tell with the attiude for sure...bentonville mgt has a bad temperament towards workers and the general public...has for a while...

Had a warehouse receiver at Costco tell me they opened 2 hours before my appointment so from then on if I was there they would unload me.

I know that is right I'm dropping water at a Costco in Harrisburg pa now. The Sam's clubs I deliver to I never have any issues the people are pleasant. In some places things are different.
