Failed a pre employment test; as a owner operator, can I work now that I'm done with sap? Would getting my own authority help? Lease options are not looking good to get leased on somewhere.
A pre employment test is always right before you get a new job right? Why would you show up dirty to that? Are you ready for your own authority?
Even with your own authority you need to be enrolled in random testing. Seems this same discussion is every day. Put the crack pipe down if you want to drive. I dont by that "weed never did nothin to me" line. It just did. Dude.
Some one stupid enough to show up to a preemployment drug test that they know they will fail. Probably has no business driving a truck let alone having their own authority
If something goes wrong and you are involved in a fatal crash and you fail the post accident screen, suddenly that crash that wasn't your fault will become your fault. About half way through your trial you will wish you had never even heard of that stuff. Facing 15 to 25 for manslaughter can be very sobering.
I was sick with the Flu and never imagined to be dirty; I think it was the dehydration ,and yes I have no choice but to be ready, what else is there? cant work a regular labor job due to my prior injury.
