Yea. Schneider would probably be your best bet. If you can find someone to team with, you get the newer trucks.

@Paintballspk, my dad drove for knight for 2 years and he said it was the best company that he has workded for. and @Klatu, I really don't like teaming, I prefer to have my own truck to my self lol.

Knight has been good to us. I try And take the complaints about Knight and all the other companies with a grain of salt. It seems to be the standard, drivers feel its their duty to be negative. I talk with as many drivers as I can to learn to work the "system". Remember we don't know what led to them having so much trouble.... I can share what works for us. The DM will take and run over us drivers if allowed, he's taught to. So... I found out the system is set up to run the truck 14 days and 2 off, at knight anyway. We can tell our guy we are ready to go home and he will work us that direction. We told him we want to work days, I want long runs and we for the most we get it.
We did find out this the hard way, but by me asking everyone how it's suppose to work we are getting through it. We do have to stay strong and keep to our guns. I have a friend who drove for Sxxxxx, they took and gave his truck to another driver every time he came in. Another fellow the company keep him out an additional 6 weeks because they said they didn't get his request for home time.
My motto is treat others how you want to b treated, and most of the time it works. Anyway least of 2 evils...
