I am accepted into a techinial college in north georgia and cdl class begins either sept 1 or nov 1, I am considering the nov 1 class for the simple reason that employment and the economy hopefully will be better and companies may hire more in the 1st qtr of 2010 then 4th qtr of 2009.

Any feed back or thoughts on this decsion are greatly appreciated.

    Thankyou

    Hello MikeBatters:)

    Welcome to the Forums!

I just saw your other posting under Jobs. I was going to suggest that you start a Thread about your CDL school and the journey that you are on.

In addition, I just listed some potential companies in the Georgia area.
I also have some listed, for New Graduates as well as experienced," Truck Driving Jobs In..."

CDL Programs that are offered through Community/Technical Colleges are usually some of the best training that you can receive. Plus no contracts:)

    Please keep the stories coming.

    Best of luck to you!
