Well, here goes..My truckin handle is "Shakey"..I am one of the original Shakeys from way-back..I won't bore ya'll with all the details, but I am a self-taught driver my first for real ride was a B-Model Mack with a no syncro 5 by 4 straight truck hauling oxygen/acetylene and various other explosive tanks. We all got our first CB's around 1972, I think. My last ride was a Petercar with a 500 Cat motor and an Eaton 18 speed trans..Her top end was 93 mph..I only took her there once or twice..Thats my story and I'm stuck with it. I retired at 60, three years ago..It wasen't optional, my ticker was strong, but my veins were all plugged up..One triple bypass; 5 angioplasties;5 stints; kidney failure; double pneumonia; followed by a diagnosis of; fibromyalgia and os teoporosis.(already had chronicLymes.got that from a deer tick) . My best truckin friend got Uncle Sugar SSD retired recently and asked me to join ya'll. I collect knives, my favs are Case knives fixed blade and folding. I prefer vintage. I also collect watches, mostly 1930-40's, but really collect Seiko Divers. Okay , I'm out of breath for now.. Shakey

Hey Shakey Glad you found us darlin. Hubby used to ride with his dad when he was little. He remembers playin round with a 5 Star General 2 Stick (remember those?) lol WELCOME DARLIN!!
