I've been booking loads for over 2 years, getting ready to get my own authority. What do I need to do, or have, when it comes to being able to fill out setups, sign rate cons and sending them?

Acrobat adobe works good for me.
You can fill and sign the PDF, save it then send it.
Who was doing the paperwork for 2 years? Ask them what they use, it might work better.
    Good luck.

I've been under 2 different companies authority, with them signing. I have Adobe on my tablet (I'm on the truck with my husband doing most of the driving) so I'm hoping to keep things simple...lol

I use my phone for most paperwork while on the road.
This trip. I had my first and 2nd loads paperwork done at home before I left, using the PC. Rc, invoice, bol.

3rd and today 4th load all was done using the phone. Including the printing(bluetBlue).
I still use a scanner and a laptop to save copies and email.
Haven't found an easy alternative yet.

Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat and not just Adobe Reader. You can't sign or edit pdf files with the free version of the reader. Acrobat costs money, either a monthly subscription or you buy it outright.

I use Adobe Fill & Sign for carrier packets on my iPhone or tablet.

CamScanner for scanning BOLs and other documents into PDF format.

    Both are free apps.

Adobe Fill and Sign and CamScanner seem to be the most common options I see back from carriers sending me signed paperwork.

Thank you!! This sounds like exactly what I'm looking for. A way to do everything on my tablet and phone without needing a printer/scanner on the truck.
