I have a 2004 Pete dump truck with a C13. I can’t figure out where this squealing is coming from. I’ve put on a new AC compressor, belt, tensioner and a fan hub. I brought it somewhere and they vacuumed the freon out and supposedly flushed the system. They changed the orfice tube and when I picked it up it didn’t make a sound at all for the first 24 hours but it’s back. Any suggestions ?

Yes to both pulleys. Not sure on the brand of belt but this is the second belt I’ve tried just for haha. It seems to do when the AC kicks in ?

Maybe it's the a/c compressor then

You have a picture of how you have the belt routed? Used to have trouble with the same setup and the cure was Goodyear/Continental gator back belts.

Compressor may be trying to lock up after it builds pressure !

Yup sounds like you need to pressure test the A / C system

Yes please pressure test it. Check and see if your belts are enduring being slipped across something that is not rolling with the belt. Any kind of noise from there like squealing is telling you shes hurting somewhere. Either at the compressor or one of the rollers around the path for the engine belt.
