Most swift trucks have eaton 9 speeds, although there are some 10s and 13s. I believe the 13s are mostly on the heavy haul trucks.

well day one done im tired and got very little sleep last night a lot of people there probily between 30 to 40 people a lot of paper work and when it came to the drive test the tester guy was cool and laid back passed it but i got some things i got to improve on shift up and down and brakeing this truck was touchy and the guy after me broke the truck had problems shifting and finding gears and finalt the speedometer stoped working and the ses light came on and buzzer going off so the tester guy took over and got us back to the yard so in all a good day tomarrow more classes and probliy a lot more paper work

Good job. Don't be shocked the first time you go to Mira Loma. It's just a yard and shop, no lounge. It's the other half of Fontana so to speak.
