student fired

    I was hired on as a student and signed a 1 year agreement.11 months into the job i got fired.Does anybody know if i am responsible for the school fee?The company was averitt and they totally suck.

    It wouldn't surprise me if they tried to collect for your training. Did they pay what you were owed when they cut you loose, or did they keep some of that to offset the reason you were fired?

    If you have a copy of what you signed, have it reviewed by an attorney.
