    Amen.

Without proper UV protection cheap sunglasses will dilate your irises and allow even more UV to hit your retinas. It would be better to not wear any sunglasses if you don't have UV protection.

Ray-Ban/Vuarnet. Sunglasses are no place to scrimp, but you don't have to take it in the pants from retailers like Sunglass Hut.

I prefer glass lenses over plastic. YMMV.

When/if you think of sunglasses as a 100(+) dollar bill, you tend to care for them.

I had a wire and glass pair of Revos once. They were nice but just not as durable as Oakleys have been for the last 25 years. I only buy polarized these days and replace them about every 18 months. Of course they are on my head every day and are used for safety glasses too. I try to pick them up at the Oakley outlet and have got some great deals. They've stopped making the Pitbulls I've been wearing the last 3-4 years so I might just buy new lenses next time.

I dont know why but I have never been a big fan of oakley s .
I guess its a personal preference thing . Plus when I rode motocross I always had spy optics then , so they just grew on me I guess...

Red lens are great for low light/Overcast days. Glasses are like boots you get what you pay for.

Take a look at the Kaenon Kanvas or Hutch. Themz is sweeeet. A bit big on the lens for me. I wanted the Ray Ban 4075 also but they seem big also. Guess i gonna stick with the Bolle Fang. Oakleys are great shades no doubt. I was just looking towards something different as all I've ever owned were avaitors.
