I went to swift Millington training back in feb n left the company due to a family emergency and now I am back and ready to go back with swift. .just looking for a good patient mentor who cares and teaches. .im willing and able to learn and eager to start my trucking career.

Um sir, you are incorrect. I was a mentor and the minimum qualifications for said 'mentor' position is one year of experience.
you're incorrect as well. One year does not make a driver a rookie. The one year mark is standard for many companies for a driver to transition from rookie to experienced.
