What is the SWIFT pay look like for a new driver with no experience on the West Coast

 

Do you all know what is the starting pay for a new driver no experience on the WEST coast

 

I think I heard .25-.26....I'm goin to SLC on the 17th and with a year exper.,i'm getting .30...

 

Google Swift Pay Chart. Or sliding pay chart.

I believe it's .26/mile. Raise at 3 mo, 4 mo, 6 mo, and 1 year. By 1 year I was at a base of .32/mile and since I was in the short haul, averaged .39-.41/mile.
