Anyone been to the Millington school for training? How is the training, environment, and equipment? How long after do you start getting paid, and what is take home training pay? What can be expected once I get outta my trainer's truck (as far as miles, pay, hometime, and expected model truck?) Do Swift have APU's and inverters?
Truck? Whatever they give you.. Prolly a Prostar or Volvo They have Cascadias and a few other models. No APUs or Inverters. You can install your own, though not hardwired. You want an APU go elsewhere lol.
No pay while at school or orientation. When you get on your mentor's truck you are paid your state's minimum wage for on duty not driving time, minimum wage plus a dollar for driving time.
