It's easy to blame the Swift Driver. even though he didn't get the ticket

what do those skid marks answer exactly? He stopped in time. No accident because of him. Again, how can you be to blame when someone rear ends you. In my opinion he did a fine job of saving his own butt, and everyone elses around him.

    Rerun8963 and RedPete95 Thank this.

    Silly question time again....

Would a truck even make those skid marks? They look like single tire marks to me, would not a truck have 2 skid marks together?

(Edit) P.S. I think AT answered my question while I was typing it!

Was this a few days ago? I think I was there, I pulled into the rest area and waited out the back up, actually could have been somewhere else. lol

How can we tell the Swift truck was tailgating? It didnt hit the conversion van? If he was tailgating he probably would have creamed it, looks like the only idiot here is the four wheeler behind swift. And swift got no ticket? Looks like it was well handled by swift to me.

I wasn`t dogging swift. Appears swift stopped in his lane with room to spare. Looks to me like the 4 wheeler wasn`t paying attention.

I guess it was a few days ago I was in Arkansas. I swear I lose track of the days big time. So the incident involving another swift truck was somewhere else, maybe georgia or alabama. Anyways I made it to the rest area and took a nap until the jam was over.
