Really? Could you name all the teamsters companies that are bankrupt? Before you start YRC is not bankrupt, broke maybe but not bankrupt.

 

cf, fred hill materials interline? etc etc many during the decades long rise of swift. bottom feeders are hauling mattresses auto*s and groceries.
dont have to like it but thats the way its is

 

CF was shutdown to make way for Con Job.Never heard of Fred hill

my bro inlaw retired from fredhill. also ace paving is gone.
the sealand trucks were all rebadged as horizon and operated by immigrants.
you say the teamsters are making their companies prosper and gonna straighten up swift.
lets stick with that narrative, i have no dog in that one anyhoo.

 

I'm surprised that many will complain but continue in such a company. I know everyone must start some ware. I've been out here 30 yrs and drive for Old Dominion 8 more yrs and I'm done. Always research a company before you decide to put the cart in front of the horse. Companies like Swift,England, JB,Prime, Werner continue to be in business because they know they can hire anyone at just about minimum wage. They are not about caring for driver's only about the bottom line. I average $93,000 yrly gross and home every weekend. I encourage you guys to be wise and move forward because at .38 a mile is really peanuts.

 

QFT. They were solvent but locked everybody out on labor day and moved everything over to Conway, my boss hired a guy to ride with me after CF close their doors and that's what he told me
