Wow. Well, at least in this case a toker never got in a truck. Hope it makes it super difficult to get a cdl now.
Heck when I went to Swift they specifically said they were doing drug tests after lunxh. If there is any doubt to not come back. Well 3-4 did not.

Now that being said. Go get clean for a year and if you haven't gotten high in that year I'll try and help.

No it was a month ago before I took the drug test I stopped and haven’t smoked since. And I am not under dot regulations. So they pre-employment dot drug test doesn’t apply to me according to § 382.103. But I can tell you all have lots of b.s. instead of good ideas for helping me out thanks for nothing.

you want a good answer, no sarcasm. your best bet, shave your head, wait a year and try again, but stay clean.

Someone gave you the best advice. Stop smoking weed and give it a year.

If you are talking about Driver Facts aka dac, that is a private reporting service and as such DOT rules do not apply. It has to be factual, and that's about the only limitation. Otherwise any employer can put whatever they want on it. The good thing is not everyone uses it, the bad is most, if not all, companies that hire a new driver does use it.

    Aamcotrans Thanks this.

But that’s the thing I was not a driver not a new driver not anything so they are reporting something that is not true. It is false to say I was a driver. A driver consists of a person that has either a cdl or permit. I had niether. I just want it off my record does any one know of an attorney that I could call to discuss my case.
