guys any tanker places local for chicago area? or northwest indiana . seems so hard to find any

ya i did. cant find much for local. i mean some say tanker experience needed. i wanna go local but have a company train me without the otr stuff.

 

I used to deliver to Praxair in Chicago. They had local tankers.

 

Haul gas. Home every day. Most are looking for drivers

 

MILS (Miller Intermodal Logistics Service) has been running an ad lately for Hammond, Airgas had an ad not to long ago for NW Indiana.

 

You might also want to look at some local chemical companies and see who has their own trucks. Nalco, akzer noble , etc. Chicago area and a few in the Morris area, and mebbe Joliet? Theres gotta be a lot more around there too. Nexeo has locations all over, but not sure about Chicago. I know nalco and nexeo have trucks, not sure how they are to work for tho.

 

If your into Pneumatic tankers check out A&R Transport their corporate office is in Morris, Il. call and see if they have some local freight. I know they have plenty of IN, MI, IL, WI, IA, KY, OH freight out of there.
