Question, if you get a speeding warning and NOT during an inspection, does it show on your psp and do you get cash points? Will it show on for driving record?

PSP is for the driver CSA is for the company. I'm assuming "cash points" means CSA points. Did you get ANY paperwork during the speeding warning?

If it was just a warning and not put on an inspection report, dont worry about it

Depends. If it's on a CVSA inspection report then it goes in the CSA system. Points for the company and it's listed on the driver's PSP report. An officer doesn't have to physically inspect anything for a CVSA report to be created. They could have done a level 3 inspection, which is just a paperwork (license, insurance, registration, that sort of thing).
