Learn how to scam the scammers. PM me if you don't know how to do it. I'll only respond to drivers I recognize.

Well, from the horses mouth those lousy directions come from "light-duty." If they're not folding envelopes, they're simply googleing it. GPS it - with something that has truck routes.

A classmate of mine is in his training right now at TMC...said its going well...and they are good sized classes each week...so who knows if they are really doing bad, or is it rumor?

How they are doing has been irrelevant to the number of people they bring into orientation, the classes over the last year have been getting bigger, while existing drivers keep struggling and bailing. For every driver that bails or gets canned there's many greenhorns ready to get in a truck.

Kind of like P T Barnum said, "there's a sucker born every minute."

For those of you who do not know the average turnover in this industry is close to 100% TMC has 2500 trucks so do the math and you will see why the orientation classes have as many drivers as they do.

Then look around. See if the grass is greener on the other side of the fence.

It depends on where you go on the other side of the fence.

Grass should be pretty darn green on this side, judging from the amount of "fertilizer" that is applied.
