I recently came across this opportunity I could not refuse and purchased a 53ft trailer. I do not own a Semi nor work within the logistics industry(why not go all in and learn). I am trying to do some research and do not know where to start and my main question, How does one find jobs for their trailer?

One example with just trailer, put it in truck stop add some bed and furniture, and then adversite it on AirBNB

In my humble opinion I think you did it backwards. And bought almost at the wrong time. But for the sake of some one doing what you did. There are ways to make money. You could rent it to a big whare house for storage or rent it to a driver so they could use it to haul.
Either way with out knowing anything about you or it. All I can say is, its just crazie enough to work.

    Bean Jr. Thanks this.

I quit trading my trailers in the ‘90’s. I did $30k in rentals last year. My rentals are decks and a lowbed, but I sure wished I had a yard full of vans with the calls I got over the last year. At worst even as a storage van what he has there is 2 mortgage payments a year worth of passive income.
