Does TransAm use men to train men and women to train women on their 3 week over the road training? Or is it first available after orentation? And how long is the testing period back the at the training facility. I have been told that it is 5 days, is that true? Then, how long after you test out is it before you get a truck? If it is more than a few days do they let you have home time? Please don't guess becuase there are two companies that a decision needs to be made about on which one to go with. Thank you!
Most companies, men, women, whatever works. Same with smoker and non. Some drivers will go with either, some won't. Usually, a woman wanting a woman trainer has to wait.
