Does anyone know if maverick is set up to use this? I have the app on my phone and apparently it let's you transflow right from your truck using a smartphone. Would be nice if they did have it.
I looked into this, and was told that Maverick has set up an agreement with Transflo for this service, but there hasn't been any word on when it will be opened up to the drivers to use. As of right now, we have to use the stations in truck stops.
Maverick needs to get with rhe program...ive been using it where im at and i like it...it makes it very convenient since i scan my bills in before I leave reciever...they need to realize that allowing this moblie app service will streamline things more and drivers wont have to worry about running to a truck stop for transflo.
Yeah, someone is being slow somewhere. Or, they may be testing it out first. Maverick tests every new thing they do out with some of their most long term and trusted drivers to see how it works before implementing it fleet wide. They have a long process before implementing something new. They first run it by the Driver Advisory Board, then test it for a while, then they implement it. Takes freaking forever lol, but at least they are thorough and don't jump into things stupidly.
It is probably just me, but I have tried this app and hated it. I couldn't get good enough pics of bills of lading with all their small typefaces. I went back to using Transflo terminals in truckstops
