Explain where the you have the right to freedom of speech on a private forum.

 

This is not private if it was Id have to be invited to join. Anyone on the whole imternet can pull up this site and read kt without signing up...i know i have done it. So that makes it public also i have the Constitution to back me up alomg with tne supreme court who has ruled freedom of speech applies to the internet which is how perverts get to view porn om there. Now you explain to me how you get to censor me on a publoc forum.

 

You need to learn several things.

Definition of public.
Definition of private.
Definition of owner and their rights.

Then find the constitution and read it.

Freedom of speech is the right to the owner of the forum.

Learn the law.

As far as you and your membership. Just find the little triangle and voice your opinion and ask to be deleted. You will not be missed.

 

You don't have a very good understanding of the First Amendment. It says nothing about trucker message boards.

 

Oh so just the owner of the site gets to comment freely on it...that doesnt sound like a comunistic state at all...and who owns this website??? I want to know because i never see them on here instead he has u mods to do his handywork...also the supreme court has said that porn can be posted on the internet as freedom of speech...one can infer (jump to conclusion) one can infer that other areas can then be covered too. In fact they have allowed idiots to post how to make explosives etc....show me where that is covered in the constitution....also i know the difference between public and private....public is open to all like i said before anyone can access this and private requires special signup or logins to just view things.....if im wromg lets have ur definition
