I don't know about the exediting side of the house but I can tell you what I've seen of the OTR trucks that haul government loads. Their a top notch company according to what the drivers have told me. However, this was back in the 80's that I had dealings with them. They were also featured on the History Channel for hazmat. The driver was very professional in what he was describing but of course I'm sure they put their best driver on the show.

They haul alot of explosives and their equipment was in great shape. We never had to wait on them and they did precisely what was required of them. Some other companies would be late and made us wait until they were ready to load. I would say they're one of the better companies to work for and I'm sure it's hard to get hired on with them. The drivers that came into our area had many years with Tri-State and that's a good indicator.

The best thing you can do is talk to some of the drivers in that division. They will give you a better idea what's the company like. Be sure to ask how long most of the drivers work there.
