Mayby good for O/O but I had a very bad experience there as a company driver.
Constantly lied to me and on me. When I communicated with dispatch via text I had to simultaneously text upper management to cover my butt. Plus pay is never correct. You will be overwhelmed with the day to day fone calls and emails just trying to get pay corrected

 

I wouldn't do it. They are very dishonest people.

 

@Chinatown , do you know anything about this. This is one of the top 3 that I'm looking at on the list you gave me. Anyone else, please chime in.

 

Some of the California drivers for Trimac seem to be very happy with them. My experience with them was the worst I've had in my 20 year career. I worked out of Texas office. I recently left the company and I still can't get my

 

Most of these posts are years old, except the one from the owner-operator.
@ethos works there and can give you the latest info. He has no complaints that would keep me from going there.

Try it. If you don't like it you can always
leave. Everything is not for everybody. Maybe they just didn't like us. We ran team for them and I heard that the Rock Springs, Wy. terminal manager is really good to work for. We were oilfield workers and went there for the benefits.

Still have not received 1700 + miles of pay. It seemed like they created documents to jip us out of pay. They may treat you real good. It's different strokes for different folks. Anyways,
You never know what your gonna get till you get there. Some people are happy there but for us it was just a big fat mess and We may possibly have to seek legal help to get the monies we are clearly owed.

 

Good people and great pay. Equipment sucks and most of the shops aren't much better. I have never had problems with my pay and I get along well with my dispatcher. Every terminal is different at Trimac, therefore everyone will have a different experience.
